Breaking it down, plain and simple
The one-bedroom apartment was clean, but the overall experience fell short. I encountered dirty kitchen utensils, uncomfortable beds, and a confusing check-in process. Noise between rooms was disruptive, and the parking was scarce. At least the bathroom was clean. Ideal for a quick stay, but don’t expect much more than the basics.

This place was a great match for a little getaway in Rehoboth Beach with good value for money. The kitchen was super handy for storing breakfast items and leftovers. Make sure to bring your own towels if you have a big group.

Had the best time with friends! We visited the nearby outlets and grabbed pizza at a fantastic Italian spot. The place was clean, cozy, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the full kitchen for late-night snacks. Can't wait to return!
Only downside was that the property felt a bit dated, but it was still very comfortable.

mixed feelings about my stay
The kitchenette was truly helpful for late-night snacks, giving a home-like feeling during my short visit. Additionally, the city view from my apartment was refreshing and added a nice touch. The provided linens were clean and comfortable, which made a difference in my overall experience.
The property felt old and in need of updates.
